Disneyland Park has announced that Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway attraction will be coming to Mickey's Toontown in 2022! This new ride follows an original storyline, and puts guests in the cartoon world of Mickey and Minnie Mouse. Riders will board a train "with Goody as the engineer" and embark on an out-of-control adventure!
This new experience will be Disneyland Park's first major ride-through attraction themed to Mickey Mouse, and will combine state-of-the-art technology and visual effects to create a unique storytelling experience. This attraction was already announced at Disney's Hollywood Studios park in Florida for Spring 2020. Disney has not specified how different the two versions of the attraction will be, if at all.
