Universal Studios Hollywood has announced that their classic "Jurassic Park - The Ride" attraction will be closing down this September to be transformed into the "Jurassic World Ride" for 2019. In honor of the franchise's successful reboot, the existing ride will be reimagined by Universal Creative into a new adventure for park guests to enjoy. New dinosaurs, an updated color scheme, enhanced storytelling, and lush scenic design have all been promised by the park, along with the use of cutting-edge technology to achieve all of these objectives. The accompanying Jurassic Cove restaurant and Jurassic Outfitters retail store will also close down with the attraction in September and reopen next year.
